ROUND TWO: Cover: -- Set One: [link] Set Two: [link] Set Three: [link] Set Four: [link] Set Five: [link] Set Six: [link] Set Seven: [link] Extras: [link] I am so, so, SO pleased with how this came out. Wow. Shocked at myself. This idea really came together well. All the cards show were drawn by me, but they are based HEAVILY on the Rider-Waite Tarot Deck, designed by Pamela Colman Smith and printed by US Games Systems. Some cards I kept almost exactly the same. Others I added in elements that I have in other decks (I own several Tarot decks) that I preferred over Waite's interpretations, and some I just changed because I felt I wanted to go a different direction with the card in the context of this story. As for the cards that the characters are featured on, I chose the High Priestess for Rhiannon because II is the card for secrets, memory, and knowledge. Since she's seeking the name of the demon that possessed her sister, she's trying to discover hidden information. The High Priestess enables choices by giving you the knowledge needed to move forward. The Hanged Man was perfect for Frost in a lot of ways. A card thats often misunderstood as a symbol of misfortune, the Hanged Man is actually a very positive card. Suspended between the material and spiritual worlds, he is at the edge of a moment of revelation, and the beginning of a great journey. Frost is always torn between his nature and the face he puts on, his spirit and the demands of the physical world. It made for a very good match. Oh My Goshness. I'm loving all over this. *__* The cards are really REALLY well drawn as well as them meanings you put to em, and the way you shaded it made it look so attainable from my screen.
