Literature Text

How I love things neat and tidy
For cleanliness to surround me
Items stacked upon my shelves
All have small homes for themselves.
See my ledgers? All in order.
Four per year, one each quarter.
Alphabetized are the rest
Peruse them please, be my guest.
But something that you must remember
Birds will seldom lose a feather
Without rhyme or reason why
Details don't escape my eye.
I'll know if things are out of place
So won't you please respect my space!
Put things back where they belong
And I am sure we'll get along.
Now please sit down and have a drink
Prepare your quill and warm your ink.
And I will share a quick story
Of when some pirates tried to kill me.
Entry submitted ON BEHALF OF:

The lovely Draxenn, aka Shayne of the entertaining, weekly ComicDish podcast AND ComicDish webcomic free hosting!

I'm so glad Shayne has been inspired by the contest -- I can just see Pakku rushing around an already pristine room trying to further tidy things for a guest standing befuddled in the doorway. :)
